General guidelines on quantities you will need to leave out for guest. Always stage for the maximum number of guests you advertise for. I would recommend 2 towels, 1 soap, and 1 shampoo per guest. 2 hand towels per hand towel holder. 1 wash cloth per guest. 1 box of tissues per bedroom and 1 box in the living area.
